Part of a 6-session programme for expectant parents created to give you the education and guidance you need to feel calm, confident and prepared. Created and delivered by 2 experienced antenatal & postpartum teachers and doulas, we will teach you everything from pregnancy care and birth preparation, all the way to breastfeeding and weaning. You’ll also receive access to the replay for 4 weeks.
Mum & Baby (0-3 months) – Sun 28th March 10am – 1pm
This 3-hour class will be delivered by Manisha, an experienced antenatal teacher, postnatal doula and pregnancy/postpartum anxiety Coach. The 4th Trimester is just as important as the first 3, and it’s essential that you are fully prepared for those early weeks. This will help you manage your expectations and help you to prepare now for a calm transition. This is also an essential class for husbands and partners to understand the importance of your recovery and learn how they can support you. She’ll be covering:
